30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start a return, email nbtbapparel6@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before mailing anything so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers pay return postage for a change of mind or a size they selected. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us with photos so we can arrange a resolution and provide shipping instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
